The LEED step-by-step guidance within step 4 states that an individual transit stop can only be counted once, regardless  of the number of entrances within walking distance.

We just received preliminary review comments on a project and this credit was marked pending as a result of one MDF product that uses a ULEF resin process.

Can shops in a shopping mall as tenants be counted seperately or as "several shops in 1 shopping mall = 1 shop"?

Connecting a bus to a Rapid Transit Stop

Hello,

We have a project located a little over 800m walking distance from an Rapid Transit Stop. 

However, there are bus routes within a 400m walking distance.
