Our area of work includes portions of the first and second floors of a university library in California. On the first floor, only bathrooms are included.

Can a standard bus stop count if it is within 1/2 mile of the project entrance, or is  a standard (non rapid) bus stop only allowed to count towards the 1/4 mile distance credit?

Hi, in an offices building visitors must be surveyed? The building has sporadic events in common spaces and the visitors rate is irregular.

We are working on a project for the Navy. It is a facility that acts as a hotel - navy personnel will stay at the facility for a few days until they head to their ship.

The low-emitting materials credit was simplified in LEED v4.1, yet the CDPH emissions testing (California Department of Public Health (CDPH) Standard Method v1.2–2017) standard is new.
