Why was the construction IAQ management during construction and before occupancy from LEED 2009 combined to one credit Construction Indoor Air quality Management Plan in LEED v4? What are the changes in  v4 ?

Hi, Anushka! Check our viewpoint section for some of the why behind this credit. Based on that section, the only major change is explicitly banning smoking in the building and within a certain perimeter.
