"WELL Restaurant" anyone?

Anyone has experience with WELL pilot for restaurant? I have new client, restaurateur who's running farm to table concept restaurants in DC, VA, MD area, looking to fit out one of our core & shell.. Also, any other recognized programs or certifications specific to restaurants, I would appreciate any information and resources. Their spaces are associated with Certified Green Restaurants, and they intend to pursuit LEED certification, but I think I'm in the process of soul searching to find holistic program or golden standard for people who feed others.. Also, is "Living Food Challenge" Pilot real? :) Anyone have any experience with that?

Zero Food Print is another program I saw recently, seems geared towards operations and carbon goals (LCA-lite in their terms). http://www.zerofoodprint.org/ TRUE zero waste might be an interesting metric as well.

I would second the endorsement for Green Restaurant Association certification. I know that WELL v2 has removed the rating system types so don’t know if it makes sense to pursue v1 pilot for restaurant anymore. Though obviously still an option.
