We would appreciate some clarity regarding the calculation of FTE. We recently submitted for a v2009 O+M project which is a factory with a Ten Hour Shift and a 6 days a week working.

Hi, for the unmet load hours test there is a throttling range to be defined. As I understand from ASHRAE 90.1 there is no fixed value for this range, how shuold it be defined?

If a product is applied off-site by the manufacturer, but there is a possibility for "touch-up." Do those "touch-ups" need to meet the requirements for VOC and emissions?
