Steel- Default of 25% post-consumer content

If someone could please confirm whether the following guidance from the LEED v4 Reference Guide is still applicable to LEED v4.1 projects: "Default recycled content for steel products where no recycled content information is available, assume the recycled content to be 25% postconsumer."

Hello Jutta,  The default recycled content for steel  25% post-consumer is still valid for v4.1 projects. Thanks!
