All indoor water is outside of project owner scope

It is unclear whether or not rainwater harvesting techniques are allowed in the reduction calculation for the Rainwater Management credit. If they are not allowed, why?

Any difference between Secure bicycle racks and secure bicycle storage? In CS project with area larger that 300,000 sq.ft. (CS case 2), we need to provide secure bicycle storage.

We project 90+% of the credits will cost more to implement in LEED 2012 than the current cost in LEED 2009 and that is not including additional design team fees or LEED documentation.

No Engineer on Project

All HVAC mechanical systems were existing. Only the ductwork was installed. There is Engineer for this project is there a way to comply without the signature?

Min Energy Peformance- 75 Energy Star Rating for EB O&M

The draft is proposing making the prerequisite for your Energy Star rating to be a minimum of 75. That is a 6 point jump from the previous requirement of a 69.
