how is this credit calculated? can in include existing floor slab and deck? we are leaving a portion of the exiting walls that are about 20ft tall and our ceilings will be at 9'. can i calculate...

I'm unaware of non-contiguous land provisions in Communities, but it may not be a good idea to look toward ND because the two systems were developed very differently. ND doesn't allow non-contiguous land, except for intervening street rights-of-way. For Communities, you may want to check with USGBC staff.
