Hi, I know this has been discused before, but I still can´t make it.
The thing is that I have a C&S building to model.
I have assumed 35 W/m2 of other loads on all tennant spaces, which the simulation program takes as "Process Loads", other Process Loads I set as are Elevators and pumps.
The building has also Parking exhaust and injection fans, and exhaust fans for bathrooms, which are placed on the C&S portion of the building.
With these loads taken as process loads, the percentage of process loads on the baseline is just 1% of the total cost, so it does not comply with what is asked.
I have realized that C&S lighting, interior and exterior, is very high for both the project and the baseline buildings, and I think this is the reason why this porcentaje is so low. The question is:
Would it be ok to assume this C&S lighting as "Process Loads"?,
In this case, I have to say that "Process Loads" rises up to 99% of total cost.

There is no requirement for a minimum process load. If you are under 25% justify why that is the case.
The 35 W/m2 is way too high for process loads if this is a typical office and will be questioned. Bathroom exhaust is not process and lighting is certainly not process.
Not sure why your lighting is such a high percentage of total usage. Something sounds wrong in the modeling results. Make sure that you are modeling the entire building as the savings are based on the entire building, not just the CS portion. So the process % is based on the whole building not just the CS portion as well.

With the corresponding lighting power everything is ok,
