Anybody else having a problem with elevated air speed (over 40 fpm)? I have a commerical office building with ceiling diffusers with 60 fpm and the credit has been audited for elevated air speed.

We prohibit smoking in our office buildings, but have a central plaza which will provide designated smoking area. Question: does that designated smoking area need to be covered? Thanks!!
