Hello, One of the LEED requirements of this credit is: "[For rooms with chemicals / hazardous gases], the exhaust rate must be at least 0.50 CFM per sq. ft.

The GBCI has decided that net-zero projects must buy additional EAc6 green power if the actual energy use for two-years post-occupancy does not match the GBCI approved results from EAc1/EAc2.

Online documentation clarification

As i checked online submittal template, it seems that we only have to mark the check box, do we have to need to submitt any documentation for the requirements mentioned in this credit.

We are modeling a new LEED school building that is an addition of an existing complex buildings. The simulation was made using HAP.

i heard that LEED V.4 is on the way. i am planning to take LEED AP (BD+C) exams in end of September? since LEED V4 is coming will there be changes to the scope of the exam?

The LEED online V3 form of MR Cr 4 requires to type item by item sustainable materials on the form while V4 form requires only to upload material calculator worksheet and then type the total cost

green house and daylighti credit

We have large warehouse project that also has a green house as a part of the building. could this area be excluded from daylighting?
