Calculating Total Daily Occupancy (Visitors) for MF High Rise

Hi, I'm working on a EBOM project for a high rise apartment building. There is no retail in the project, but there are obviously still visitors. I'm unsure about how to calculate the Total Daily Occupancy for Transient/Visitors for this type of building. The number of residents is known. Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

I am working on a residential project under LEED NC-BD+C, but I have the same question. How to calculate transient (visitors). I have research everywhere, but haven't found anything helpful. Let me know how you end up documenting the credit. Thank you

There's no hard-and-fast rule for estimating visitors. You could survey some building management companies, or you could just make an assumption such as 1 per 10 units.
