Should we be updating the dates on this form if/as the actual schedule changes?
We have not been asked to on past projects, but our latest review comments are describing a discrepancy that involves the predicted occupancy date, implying that we should change it. I have not come across a clear answer in documentation or discussions.

Well that's a new one! How big a difference is there between the original prediction and the current prediction? If there is a big difference, I guess I can see the point. Not sure if they are looking at the date as being relevant to your certification effort, or if they are just trying to make record keeping more accurate.

It's off by a couple of months, and what's more, this was a phased renovation, so certain areas were occupied on different dates, which keys into the IEQ credits. We can explain all of that with narratives, but if they're going to be looking for an exact concordance with PIf1, I'm not sure how to make that happen.
