Construction EQ Management Plan

Healthcare-v2009 IEQc3.1:Construction IAQ management plan - during construction

The requirements for the EQ Management Plan in the LEED for Healthcare 2009 seems to be different from the NC 2009 requirements. Does anyone have an example of this plan?

Hi! how can I prove that an environment is naturally conditioning? I believe this is not only proven by percentage of openings, correct? For example, how to prove this in a restaurant?

Per 90.1-2007 section 6.4.3.9 "Ventilation Controls for High-Occupancy Areas" systems are required to have DCV given certain criteria.
