I understand that residential units are exempt from interior lighting requirements. Does this include hotel guest rooms as well?

can a building still achieve this credit if they adhere to ASHRAE 90.1 for exterior lighting, none of the exterior lighting falls over the site boundary and there is no glazing in the building...
