"Exempted" option gone from v5.0 Form

On version 4.0 of the LEED Online Form, if you selected "Flooring: Mineral-based" or "Unfinished/Untreated Solid Wood", then under "Referenced Standard" the word "exempt would appear.

There is some confusion regarding on what percentage of "green" cleaning products are required to get a point. Is it 30% or 75%. Was this something changed in the new version 4?

I am working on a presentation to educate my office on Lv4. This being a new credit I don't think I am totally understanding the requirements.
