On version 4.0 of the LEED Online Form, if you selected "Flooring: Mineral-based" or "Unfinished/Untreated Solid Wood", then under "Referenced Standard" the word "exempt would appear.

There is some confusion regarding on what percentage of "green" cleaning products are required to get a point. Is it 30% or 75%. Was this something changed in the new version 4?

We have a university lab project that is renovating a select number of rooms, with varying materials/ systems being replaced at different times.

What is the number of cycles necessary to achieve 1 point? 10?

Our building uses 100% well or non-potable water.

If there are no cooling towers as part of the project, can the credit be automatically achieved?

Can this be fulfilled via a City water quality report?

If you have no cooling tower, do you automatically get the point or you are not eligible for the credit?

I am working on a presentation to educate my office on Lv4. This being a new credit I don't think I am totally understanding the requirements.
