On version 4.0 of the LEED Online Form, if you selected "Flooring: Mineral-based" or "Unfinished/Untreated Solid Wood", then under "Referenced Standard" the word "exempt would appear.
This feature seems to have disappeared on version 5.0 of the Form. Has anyone else experienced this, or is it a glitch? Thanks!

Erica - USGBC did remove the automatic filled "Exempt" on the v05 form when it was released in 2012.
What I do is pick "Flooring: Mineral-Based" or "Flooring:Unfinished/Untreated Solid Wood" but leave the Referenced Standard column blank (don't pick one of the choices in the dropdown menu). Then I type in Exempt in the Source of Compliance or Certification Data column.
The v06 form reverted to how it was done on the v04 form and the only choice in the dropdown for the Referenced Standard is "No IAQ Testing Requirements" for both of those material types.
