Hi Marcus, Our project is a manufacturing building. The 'widget maker' requires chilled water which is typically provided by the chiller/cooling tower.

Would fire proofing / intumescent sealants be considered "Other" or "Architectural Sealants"? I did not find it itemized in SCAQMD 1168. Thank you!

I have done a view analyze of all the regularly occupied area of each floor of the project. As it is a glass curtain wall office building, 99% of regularly occupied area have access to views.

The Ds is determined by dividing the minimum VAV terminal primary air volume during heating mode by the peak VAV terminal primary air volume during cooling mode. What is a reasonable range of Ds?
