Hi All, I am working on a project which is a dormitory. Each living unit has a bathroom which, along with a toilet and sink, contains a combination shower/bathtub.

I have a 4-5 story non-LEED building that will be adding 4-5 stories to the new project. I'm confused as to why they would require that the addition be of different ownership.

Can you clarify the number of points available for this ACP? I believe it is 1 but if in the Validation Tap all statements for the point allocations are 'True' then the figure comes to 2.

Our project chose option 1 -simulation. And the simulation result is 84% ROA is qualified at 9 am, 83% ROA is qualified at 3pm. Then I took 83% as a simulation result.

Church+Classrooms = Office?

I have a church that runs extended house 9am-10pm 6.5 days a week has classrooms that are not heavily occupied. In classifying it the occupancy looks more like an office with extended hours.
