Establishment Period excluded in LEED Calculator?

In the LEED calculator, can we exclude all irrigation demand within the establishment period?

I am working on a project where LEED was almost an after thought. I was brought into the project just after the 60% submittal.

Combined approach

We have a project that is going to use a combined approach due to overhangs and the prescriptive calcs not providing enough SF. I have casually measured the spaces and we exceed 20fc.

Floor joists part of interior?

Hello, Are floor joists considered part of the building interior? So artificial wood used in the joists cannot have urea formaldehyde?
