Schools-2009 IEQc6.2:Controllability of Systems—Thermal Comfort

We are working on an elementary school that has several multi-occupant spaces that are being used exclusively by itinerant teachers. Student /teacher sessions are less than 60 min.

If urban projects earn Credit 2, Density Development/Community Connectivity in conjunction with 5.1 OR 5.2, will they earn the points of Credit 2 PLUS the points of Credit 5, or is there a certain

I have a subcontractor proposing to use a Form Releasing Agent with a VOC level of 445 g/L. I have yet to find a hard-fast requirement for a VOC max. content for this LEED Credit.

I assume that stormwater drainage pipes and appurtenances count as utilities and will be allowed the 10 or 15 foot disturbance buffer depending on diameter?

Dear Tristan, If you only have one fixture, a faucet in staff lunchroom, in a CI project, and it does meet the goal of 20% better than code, i.e. 1.5 gpm. Then do you gain this credit?
