We are working on an elementary school that has several multi-occupant spaces that are being used exclusively by itinerant teachers. Student /teacher sessions are less than 60 min. in duration and are on an as-needed basis (e.g. special tutoring, assessments, etc.). Can we designate these spaces non-regular occupied spaces due to atypical use as defined in the IEQ Space Matrix (Oct 2013) document, or will these spaces have to meet all the requirements for IEQc6.1 and IEQc6.2 if we are pursuing both credits?
