Hello, We are adding a pedestrian crosswalk to connect the building to the opposite side of the street. This was not required and are hoping to achieve an ID point for including it.

We have a project in Medellin, Colombia. The project has large areas of vegetation. In the driest month (January), it rains in average 12 of the 31 days.

If I take the default 45% of contract price for divisions 3-10 just in the concrete and steel my totals are 80% plus for recycled content and regional materials.

Hello, Latest one of my projects pursuing this pilot credit is a daycare facility. Adult toilets are low flow, but child sized toilets are standard 1.6gpf.

Hi , We wish to attempt case 1, option 2, no subsidy. In the tenant contract, it mention, the building owner will allocate 17nos of parking space which each parking space will cost the tenant USD
