We have a NCv2.2 certified building that is now constructing an addition. This addition was planned years ago and was registered as an NCv2.2 project but was then put on hold.

STC for Ceiling Assembly

I'm filling out the Table IEQc9-1 and it asks me for a STC rating for the ceiling assembly. I set the space "adjacent to assembly" to "outdoors " because it is only a 1-story building.

Tenant/Owner Do Not Purchase Food for Occupants...So I Did.

I have wriiten verification the Tenant (State Office) and Owner do not make food purchases (none for tea/coffee either), therefore, I bought my own UDA Certified Organic and had a the LEED Charrett

Hi, Hi, in EU most countries have feed-in-tarriffs, which reimburse the owner for energy produced at a higher rate than the cost of energy.

I have a question regarding EA2.3 As I understand it, it appears that the ongoing Cx process effectively begins with EAc2.1 and EAc2.2.
