IEQc4.4 watchers should check out LEED Interpretation #10250, issued January 1, 2013. It makes what used to be a black and white credit requirement has become more nuanced.

Ive never tried to achieve an EBOM credit as an ID credit for NC BD+C. Has anyone has success achieving EBOM WEc1?

In our experience several dormitories have been approved for this IEQ7.2 credit and we did not need to provide any narrative or break down the spaces into %common areas vs. %dwelling units.

Any chance we could downgrade the Version 4 PDF forms above? I don't want to upgrade Adobe Reader to 11 for fear it will not be compatible with LEED Online and I can't open these with 10.
