We had run into the issue that before we accepted the Design appeal we could not upload anything to our project site.

Have been having difficulty uploading documents for this credit. I called the 800 number and they said that they were having technical difficulties and to try again later.

Is there a limit to the number of appeals? The cost is so much per credit on appeals if I understand correctly?
