Design Appeal and Construction Submittal

We had run into the issue that before we accepted the Design appeal we could not upload anything to our project site. The Design team is ready to submitt the Design Appeal next week and am wondering if we will be able to upload documents to the USGBC Project site for the construction submittal at this time?

During any review or an appeal you won't be able to upload or work on documents on LEED Online. You will also have the appeal of a design credit completed before you submit for construction review.
