The project planned to have active vanpooling commuting, parking is provided by the LL, 5% of FTE dedicated for that purposes as per credit requirement.

Your observation that the displacement of occupants would be minimal and the work is limited to just carpet replacement would suggest this meets the intent of an "alteration" even if it is technica

You may find LEED Homes is a better fit - it's being used more and more for low and mid-rise apartment buildings.

To earn this credit for Strategy 3, does it matter where we locate the sensors so long as we meet the minimum 75% connected light loads, right?
