maintaining LEED certification

Pinky, if you're talking about LEED-NC v2.2, this is not a question of maintaining your certification. Once awarded, only the LEED-EBOM certifiation needs to be maintained.

We have two buildings to be certified; one new and one existing. What are the requirements for these to be evaluated as one building for the LEED certifications? HVAC chillers etc.
