Do spaces that are not regularly cleaned such as mechanical rooms and tenant storage rooms need to be counted as the 10% exempted?

I'm working on the first project of a 10 year masterplan, each component of which is required to be LEED Silver or better.

We have an unusual case in an airport project I am working on. It is LEED-CI as we are refurbishing a passenger concourse and some of the back-of-house spaces that go with it.

LEED User credit checklists for this credit indicate that a copy of the cleaning contract must be provided.

While researching the Team Members for LEED AP certification, I noticed under mine (I am a LEED AP) that it said my certificate was not uploaded and that I was not an AP. How do I update this?

I understand that I need to upload somewhere. Do I do it on the GBCI and USGBC general membership or is there a particular area I need to go to on my project?
