Hi. For the 10 month post-occupancy commissioning - when is the post-occupancy considered started. When all occupants (100%) have moved into the house and all equipment is up and running?

Is metal furniture - tables and/or chairs required to meet the ANSI/BIFMA testing requirements

My retail project has metal furniture that is powder coated.  it is my understanding that this would qualify as "inherently non-emitting sources" per LEEDv4 and would not be subject to the BIF

Calculating staff and transients for Airport

NC-2009 PIf3:Occupant and Usage Data
posted by  Jos Schild  on

For the (re)design of an airport I'm looking for a way to calculate the FTE's and transients for the passenger terminal. The building has low rates of FTE and high rates of transients (visitors).
