Hello - I am working on a new construction VA Medical Center that has been designed using the ventilation rates in ASHRAE Standard 170-2008 as per the v4 NC-Healthcare.

RECs for project supplied by campus central utility plant?

Can RECs be used for project located on a campus with a central plant that generates its own electricity for the campus?  It is a cogen plant that also supplies steam and chilled water.

In regards to the low emitting materials calculator (v4.1) what is the proper way to document insulated and non-insulated precast concrete wall panels.

Perimeter light levels affected by surrounding sites.

The perimeter light levels are driven by the surrounding light sources such as street lights and adjoining building lights.  Do I need to make note of these factors in the credit form?

I am pursuing the ALL-Gender Restrooms Innovation.  Under Requirments for ID+C it reads Restrooms must be included within the project scope of work in order to pursue this pilot credit.
