I am working on a new BDC v4.1 winery project that would like to pursue Option 2 – Path 2. Affordable Housing in Residential or Mixed-Use Projects. If the project provides housing that meets the criteria for this path ie Rental Dwelling Units 10 percent of total rental units (or at least one unit) priced up to 60% AMI would that be all that is required to meet this measures intent? No other portion of the credit would apply to the commercial use?
