LEED v4.1 If all products in one category comply with the VOC emissions evaluation do we need to list the cost or surface area?

We are having a tough time getting the costs from our subs. The subs says that the cost is bundled with other material and they can't break it up.

I see there is "Gas Instantaneous Water Heaters" in Table 7.8, but there is not an "Electric Instantaneous Water Heater" in the table.  Is the "Electric Water Heaters" term meant to be generic

For new construction projects, the Ref Guide excludes insulation around HVAC ducts from the IEQc2 requirements (p.668).
