LEED v.3 specifically stated that school buses counted toward this credit. They've taken that language out for v.4. And interestingly, the bus route only counts in one direction.

I have had no issues with this credit and apply it to all Mulitfamily Midrise projects which are typically showing compliance over ASHRAE 90.1-2013 in NYC.
