The Standard Preliminary Review is complete and the building has received 57 points. My question is- Can we submit for additional points not included in the initial submission?

Hi all, We recently received a final design review where our percent energy cost savings have been corrected by the reviewer to show 31.95%.

I just inherited a project after the initial design (already approved) and initial construction credits were submitted.

My inquiry is based upon reducing the energy consumption of a chilled water system which is being used in a manufacturing facility.

For a renovation and addition to an existing college campus library, we are in the process of determining the boundary to use for energy performance. The existing building is 182,738 SF.

We are an FSC-certified (brand new) casework manufacturer. We are submitting our very first FSC job. This job is also a LEED project.

I know from having attempted this credit on other projects that the documentation can be tedious, but I have a current project where it seems ridiculous.
