Modeling Office Space in an Existing High Rise Building

We're using eQuest to model a tenant improvement office space, which is about half of one story in a 28 story high rise office building in LA.

What is a dedicated bike lane? I have a sidewalk leading to a new elementary school in two different directions. One is approximately 100 feet long from the from the primary access road.

2010 AGMBC v2

We are a GC with primarily Federal Government construction contracts. We have a project that references the 2010 LEED AGMBC v2 and I cannot find it anywhere.

Handwatering in lieu of temporary irrigation

Inverted Marking Paint

I've got a contractor who is just wild about Inverted Marking Paint - orange spray paint that can spray upside down. This stuff is in no way LEED compliant.
