Same Landscaped Area but Different Plantings?

I should know this, but.... Is it OK to run the WEc1 calcs with the same landscaped area (in square feet), but with different plantings in the baseline and design cases?

I have a scenario where the core is offset, and is tight to the building envelope on one side. As a result, the egress path around the core on this side falls within the 15' perimeter.

Number of signs required to be considered "comprehensive"

I have an ID credit for Green Education pending because the number of signs in the Signage Program is not enough to be considered comprehensive.
