We have an existing 13 Story Downtown Multifamily LEED NC v2009 registered project consisting of 210,000 sf and 200 units which will be gutted.

I was wondering in order to comply with this credit, will we have to provide thermal controllability for 50% of the 7 cubicles or can we just consider it a multi-occupant space?

Hi, We are considering LEED NC v2009 certification for a fire& rescue station, but couldn't find applicable Land Use type in ITE "Parking Generation" study for fire stations.

We are considering using multi-flow shower heads on a commercial office project for the locker rooms.

The requirement is to use 25% by cost, of the total value of permanently installed products in the project.

The project I'm testing this pilot credit with meets all but requirement 8, so the pilot credit has been "met".

I have a project that was submitted under LEED BD+C Core & Shell.
