Gym is throwing off IEQ credits!

We are working on a Recreation Center (Total SF 19,200), the gym is 7,200 and the rest of the building is made up of classrooms and other shared spaces.

For LEED CI - this may be so obvious and that is why it is not actually stated anywhere - but I'm assuming that FTE's are calculated based on your LEED boundary, and excludes the rest of the buildi

Our project has multiple levels of parking under a large podium plaza. I believe this is what what the Reference Guide (p 112) refers to as a "deck", right?

Is the requirement 10fc or 25fc for simulation?

The printed material states that the simulation threshold is 25fc but LEEDuser states there is a 10fc threshhold. Has this been revised?

I have 5 existing buildings on a campus that are served by a common (existing to remain) steam boiler plant. There are no other buildings served by this plant.
