Hello, I am working on a C&S project. The minimum parking capacity set by local zoning is 165 parking spots. The project has 165 spots exactly. The project size is 86000 sq ft.

What is meant by 'previously developed buildings'? We have a project where there are existing residential buildings on a site that will be demolished for new residential buildings.
