Despite efforts to better align the rating systems in LEED v4, there are some inconsistencies between the Enhanced Indoor Air Quality Strategies credits in BD+C and O+M. These include different alarm setpoints (10% in BD+C versus 15% in O+M) and different wording about setpoints (alarm when "sensed CO2 concentration exceeds the setpoint" vs. alarm when "differential CO2 concentration in any zone rises ... above that corresponding to the minimum outdoor air rate required"). The O+M description is much more opaque. I think there is an opportunity here for the USGBC to improve in future versions of O+M.
