Long-time LEEDuser user, first-time poster.

I am working on trying to obtain this credit for a new residential development. The predominant building typology within the development are townhouses and single family homes.

The edge of my 1/4 mile radius cuts half way through a couple buildings...would I include half the area in my density calculations, whole, or not include the building at all? 

Are interior installed roller window shades included in the credit requirements?

I am currently working on a residential building. For LEED V2009, the requirement of the permanent entryway system should have 3m long in the primary direction of travel.

Our city has dedicated bike lanes, off-street paths, and "bike-friendly" streets. Our project has fairly good connectivity to many amenities using just one street with a dedicated bike lane.

We are pursuing the chemical testing path for imported soils. My question is what is the acceptable range or percent difference between the reference and imported soils?
