Peak building users (FTE + Peak Transients)

I am working on a LEED v.2009 CS project, using deafault occupancy Core and Shell Appendix 1. I assume that FTE and transients here are average transients?

I am working on a LEED CS v.2009 project greater than 300 000 sf. In the LEED Online form I have to fill out number of changing facilities and number of showers.

Take credit for variable temperature setpoints in hotel rooms

We have a hotel project where heating setpoints in hotel guest rooms are 21 degrees Celsius when the room is occupied and lowered to 18 degrees Celsius when the guests are not in the room.
