PAUs not serve the occupied areas

NC-2009 IEQp1:Minimum IAQ Performance

A data center is applying for LEED-NC v2009. There are 5 PAUs (Primary Air Unit). 4 of them will serve the equipment rooms. One will serve the equipement rooms and office areas.

Is this item means onlly a building certified by ISO 50001 can apply for 1 credit in EA? Then how to apply for ACP? Thanks.

there are 8 stops/stations within 1 mile radius form our project serving 47 public bus/light rail lines, and 2 of them are municipal public transportation hubs that connect the vicinity to downtown

Janitor closet inside restroom

In our project, each janitor closet (only for the storage of cleaning equipment and common deterdent) is placed inside a restroom, occupying a toilet cubicle.

My project is in Hong Kong and the host building is using seawater for flushing, (i.e. no potable water is used for sewage conveyance).
