Percentage of Light Output/Wattage Dimmed

Hi there, For the daylight control point I was wondering by how much the group of lights need to be reduced by, and whether this percentage needs to be of the total wattage or light output?

We have a number of LEED projects in infill locations in Ireland. Since we don't really have a standard code for site Erosion and Sedimentation we have to stick to the U.S.

Lavetory Faucet default duration

I have noticed a discrepency between the default duration shown within the LEED NC 2009 manual WEp1 table 2 and the default duration which auto populates for Private Lavatory Faucet on LEED Online
