Using LEEDv4 Fundamental and Enhanced ECx to achieve ID LEED2009

Hello, This question has 2 parts. 1). Our project would like to submit LEEDV4 Fundamental and Enhanced Cx for Envelope only as ID points in a project registered for LEED 2009.

What is included in MR Credit 7

EBOM-2009 MRc7:Solid Waste Management—Ongoing Consumables

In our latest review we were told that landscape waste is not to be included in the calculations for this credit. This appears to be inconsistent with your opening guidelines.

Under ASHRAE 90.1 - G3.1.1 do I HAVE to use exception C for any zones having special pressurization relationships, cross contamination requirements, or code-required minimum circulation rates?

Hi, Can please someone give his/her suggestion on the question I have below ? I received a comment for (Design Preliminary Submission) ventilation calculations indicate a total area (3,055 sqf)

Floor Coating that Exceeds VOC Limit

We have two CS v2009 projects in which a single epoxy floor coating exceeds the allowed VOC content. All other flooring products and coatings are compliant.
