Carpet in LEED v4

Is it just me, or is there not much to work with in terms of compliant carpet for Low-Emitting Materials in LEED v4?

EBOM Campus and Performance Periods

How is the performance period determined when submitting EBOM campus credits under master site? Individual buildings will not be submitted for 8 more months but the campus credits are ready now.
