SSc4.2 is listed as a "Campus" credit. However, we have one project that is pursuing Major Renovation, and another pursuing Core & Shell certification.

We are working on a five-stories senior home, which program-wiise is very much like a dorm. From the ratings descriptions it seems we could for either NC, Homes or Mid-rise Residental, correct?
