Our premilimary review comments for V2009 noted that "Reduction in quantity (SSc6.1) will require stormwater to be infiltrates or re-used onsite.

This is a complex, multi-part question. An airport project is being phased and has multiple contracts. The scope includes replacing the runways and concrete around the terminals.
