Baseline Exterior Lighting Power Allowance

USGBC Addenda 100001062 updated the exterior lighting table for LEED v3 projects to the 90.1-2010 allowances. The addenda just says it updates credit SSc8 though.

My project is an addition to an existing facility, so the CHW and HHW comes from a district plant.  I am modeling the plant as cost neutral, purchased CHW and HHW in baseline and proposed

Has anyone successfully earned an ID point for Green Cleaning in a residential condo building?  The common areas of the building would be under a green cleaning contract that meets the credit

The credit language for this Option says "provide a separate control zone for each solar exposure and interior space."

Hotel mix use

We have a hotel with 4,000 SF of retail at the lower level of a new construction hotel project? How do we sepperate the two projects if they have a central energy plan for chilled water?
